History

In 2006 Michael von Spreckelsen, Uwe Lange and Frank Gerhardt founded the engineering office von Spreckelsen and partners named „professional project management & networking“ in Berlin Adlershof. In the following years, the company offered services and project management in the areas of communication, IT and security technologies. In March 2010, the entrepreneurs founded the wiredandless GbR, which offered further innovative technical solutions.
The increasing demand led to a fusion of PPMnet and wiredandless in November 2014. The PPMnet AG emerged. In the newly created stock company, the entrepreneurs concentrated the know-how of both companies.

2010/09 – First fair presentation of PPMnet at the InnoTrans in Berlin

2010/03 – Foundation of the subsidiary wiredandless GbR

2009/10 – Relocation into bigger premises at the same location
